Donating
The National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts (NAME), accepts donations of miniature furnishings, accessories, building materials, and tools. We do not accept large dollhouses as they are difficult to store and move. For local inquiries, please contact the NAME N2 Region Coordinator, Laura Siebert. If you are located outside of the N2 region, please email estates@miniatures.org
Selling
Craigslist.org, a Facebook selling group/marketplace, or an estate business may be helpful if you’re selling a large dollhouse.
If you are located in Northern California, you may wish to try the following:
- Annual miniature flea market held in March/April in Morgan Hill, CA (contact Ruth Heisch).
- The Elegant Dollhouse shop in Sacramento, CA offers a parking lot sale on the first Sunday of May. Contact Barbara Taplin, (916) 484-0411. Barbara also purchases and sells miniature/dollhouse estates.
- Debbie Heard in Lodi, CA, offers appraisals and may purchase some items. website
