NAME is accepting bids to publish “The Miniature Gazette,” currently a 50-page printed magazine. The magazine is the official publication of the National Association of Miniature Enthusiasts. The Gazette Editor is not an employee of NAME. This position is a contracted position. The Gazette Editor works independently to publish the magazine. The actual activities, number of issues per year, pages per issue, required deadlines etc. will be negotiated with the selected editor and included in a contract which will be eligible for renewal on an annual basis.

All software must be current and compatible with the printer’s specs. All software, computer equipment, peripherals, and supplies used in the preparation of the magazine is at the expense of the Gazette Editor and should be considered when bidding for the work.
