Itty Bitties Club’s Printed Fabrics Project

An Itty Bitties Club project facilitated by Debra Taylor, DVM

Some of the Itty Bitties Miniature Club members participated in an online Zoom workshop taught by Dr. Debra Taylor. Members learned how to prepare cotton or silk fabric and to use freezer paper to print an image on the fabrics.

Some tips: 1) If you want your printed fabric to be washable, the fixative must be applied before the freezer paper and printing process. 2) If you use Pellon’s Wonder Under or Heat n Bond, remember that these products leave adhesive permanently adhered to your fabric. The freezer paper leaves no residue.
